Best prices and superfast delivery. My order was ready to be shipped before I logged out of the site. Fed Ex tracking link sent to your e-mail. They said two days to get here and two days it was.
If you do not live in the USA or close by it isnt worth the time because after you have paid the P&P whats the point in paying more & waiting over a week?!
I’ve ordered from bodybuilding.com before and had pretty good service but this last order takes the cake. I placed my order on the 16th for three tubs of a preworkout supplement that I use. I received it on the 19th but the order was missing the free gift I had chosen for ordering more then $75.00. I’m not one to loose my cool over small errors in customer service so I shrugged it off and was pretty happy with the order. About a week after the order was shipped, I received an email from an associate by the name of Tommy Zarate who was following up on the order. Not only was I amazed that they were doing a follow up but with a real live breathing person as apposed to a program that sends out emails automatically. He even suggested articles relevant to the products I bought. I told him about the small error with the missing gift and one day later, I received an email back from a man going by Stacked Skyler saying that although the order didn’t show a free gift, he was going to send out the free gift regardless. Now that’s what I call customer service. 12/10 in my book.
